No one should have to put up with bullying and harassment in the workplace. This is an obligation on employers under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW). The HSU stands against bullying in all its forms.
Following some inquiries from members, the HSU is now undertaking a survey of members working at Lingard Private to ascertain if you have experienced bullying or harassment behaviours.
