Bankstown Hospital mass meeting Wednesday 31 May - where is your pay rise?

Health workers' wages have been going backwards for decades.

In the leadup to the state election, this Government promised that health workers would finally get a fair pay rise.

Now Labor is in power - but where is your pay rise?

HSU members are sick and tired of empty promises from politicians - many of whom have never worked a day in public health.

Health workers must stand united and demand fair wages. We will show this Government that HSU members are serious about fighting for the pay rise they deserve.

Union members will come together and demand action from this Government. There’s no time to wait – come to your local stop work meeting on 31 May at 11:30AM in the Level 1 staff cafeteria.

Union members will cease work to attend this meeting and decide on the next steps in our campaign for fair pay.

The Government has been thanking health workers for their service to the community for decades.

But not a single ounce of that gratitude has translated to a fair pay rise.

HSU members won’t put up with it any longer.
