Following the members meeting held Monday 6 September, your Union has now written to your employer notifying that a dispute now exists under Clause 10 of the Enterprise Agreement.
Your employer has been provided with the concerns in writing again today, with a further request to facilitate a dispute meeting as soon as possible. Should your union not receive communication from the employer, the HSU will review all available options for resolution.
During the members meeting it was also discussed that there are several other matters that remain unresolved relating to payment of wages, overtime, time in lieu, excessive workloads, fatigue management, and understaffing. Your union will be seeking a meeting to table these matters and inviting members to provide additional comment on any other outstanding matters.
