Canberra Health Services: Wardspersons Classification Review

As you know, Canberra Health Services has been undertaking a classification review for Wardspersons. A draft report has now been written and provided the HSU for consultation with our members. You can view the draft report at this link.

Please note that the draft report in the link above is the same as the one that was sent out by the Director of Patient Support Services to Wardspersons on Tuesday of this week.

Member feedback requested

The HSU industrial team is currently reviewing the potential impacts of the proposed change on affected employees. We are now seeking feedback, views and comments from our members.

Please review the documentation and provide comment and feedback by close of business Friday 20 November 2020. The HSU will then compile and provide member feedback to CHS by Friday 27 November 2020.
