Because of pressure from HSU members ICON has agreed to commence bargaining for an enterprise agreement for Medical Physicists. This means that union members can campaign for wage increases and for improvements to conditions at work.

Your HSU delegates will use this feedback to develop our log of claims and we will share this with all HSU members.

To get the best outcome in bargaining we need to be united and strong in the workplace. That means getting everyone active in the union.
