eHealth NSW: Proposed restructure, End Users Services group

eHealth NSW are proposing a restructure of the End User Services group, CEST (Customer Services, Customer Engagement & Service Transitions).


As a rationale for the change, eHealth said the restructure is intended to improve efficiency, bring improved career opportunities and boost job security by increasing the number of permanent positions available.
