Recognition and respect at work is something all workers deserve.

After the year that was 2020, health workers deserve it in spades. That’s why the campaign to end the unfair wages policy and renegotiate your out-of-date Awards is gearing up.

We can’t face another year of broken promises, insulting wage increases, chaotic and inconsistent allowances, and a lack of recognition for the importance and responsibilities of NSW Health staff.

This list needs as many HSU members behind it as possible to get the NSW Government to start supporting health workers.

Apart from endorsing our demands, there will be lots of other things happening this year.  Campaign activities will be kicking off next month and building up some real pressure for change.
