The HSU is convening a series of statewide zoom meetings for health professionals in order for members to share ideas and talk about the issues that are affecting your profession specifically.
Please join us for a zoom meeting at 6pm next Tuesday 19 October. The meeting is for any health staff in NSW currently paid under the Health Education Officer classification. I am aware this covers HSU members performing several different roles. This will be an important opportunity to connect with your workmates and discuss any concerns you have with your role.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
This is a chance to harness your power as a statewide professional group to improve your working life. If you have any questions about this meeting, please contact organiser Glen Pead by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Feel free to forward this link to other staff being paid under the Health Education Officer classification, even if they are not yet HSU members. The more Health Education Officers attending the meeting, the more productive it will be. Joining is easy: visit www.hsu.asn.au/join or call 1300 478 679.
Unions give workers a voice in the workplace. The more members we have, the harder it is for our demands to be ignored. Together, we can make changes for the better.
