Hunter Primary Care EBA Vote: Vote No to a 1% pay rise

The voting process for your Enterprise Agreement at Hunter Primary Care and Headspace Newcastle has now begun as of Monday 18 January and will finish on Sunday 24 January. The HSU is advising members to Vote No to this proposed Agreement.

The HSU believes this Enterprise Agreement falls far from what can be offered. Most of all, the proposed pay rise of 1% is not enough for workers at Headspace Newcastle and Hunter Primary Care.

As you would know, throughout the pandemic, many private health companies have given workers annual pay rises between 2.5%-3.1%.

1% is not enough for those who have worked through the toughest time in recent human history.

Make your voice heard and Vote No on this Agreement so that the HSU can fight for better!

We can only achieve top results with a strong membership base! Encourage your workmates to join the HSU and making our bargaining position stronger at www.hsu.asn.au/join or call 1300 478 679. If you have any questions, please contact your organiser Robert Brady on 0448 211 231 or email him at [E-Mail not displayed].

REMEMBER: Voting NO to this agreement does not mean you will be worse off!
