Last week, GenesisCare issued a Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR). This means that bargaining for a new enterprise agreement has commenced and we now need to start preparing for negotiations. Your HSU representatives will develop a Log of Claims so that they can negotiate on your behalf.

Your Enterprise Agreement is the document that sets out your rates of pay, allowances, leave and conditions at work. It’s very important that members get involved to bargain for the best possible deal.
