Your Bargaining team have been pushing strong in the negotiations with Lumus for your enterprise agreement.

After waiting so long, Lumus has provided a counteroffer for wages and conditions:

1.    Averages of 4.2% wage increase in the first year and 3.5% in years 2 and 3

2.    Recall change to minimum 3 hours at double time (200%)

3.    Shift loading penalty to be paid from 7pm (not 9pm) at 15% and any night shift will attract a shift loading of 25%. If you are rostered a random night shift in a week of day shifts, that shift will attract double time (200%)

4.    On call remain at the same rate rather than decrease

5.    Professional allowance reimbursing actual cost – Agreement to be updated to reflect which registrations this applies to
