Lumus pay offer & next steps: join our meeting this Thursday

As part of negotiations for your new enterprise agreement, Lumus has provided HSU with their initial pay offer.

Unfortunately, this pay offer is woefully inadequate and in no way reflects your value to the organisation.

During the last financial year, the acting CEO of Lumus was awarded a $1.4 million bonus for ‘the instrumental role he has played in Australia’s public health response to the pandemic’.

Lumus has finally provided HSU with a draft enterprise agreement which outlines your employment conditions. We have gone through this proposal and will be seeking members’ feedback prior to providing Lumus with our comments.
