The HSU has been informed that Lifeblood intends to start negotiations on a new national Lifeblood Enterprise Agreement.
This Agreement will not cover employees in donor centres, production, or employees in technical or medical roles. Instead, it will cover management, specialist and national functions (including shared services roles).
Now is the time to make sure your colleagues are HSU members, so they can be represented at the bargaining table. We need to organise so that we can put your claims and ideas to the company, and report back to you with our ongoing progress. Our team of lawyers will be reviewing Lifeblood proposals and negotiating on your behalf.
