Allity Pay Rates- Have you been Underpaid?

The HSU has become aware of a potential underpayment affecting some staff at Allity. The underpayment looks to have occurred from the first pay period after 1 July 2020.

It is vital that you are paid correctly and the HSU can pursue an underpayment claim on behalf of union members.

We are encouraging all HSU members to take the following steps so that we can check that you’ve been paid correctly:

  1. Have access to a payslip from between 1 July 2020 – 30 December 2020
  2. Find your salary classification (Salary Class) and your ordinary pay rate
  3. Click here to register your name and details with the HSU

Only HSU members can be represented by the union in an underpayment claim.

If your colleagues are not yet HSU members, encourage them to join online today at www.hsu.asn.au/join so that they can join our claim if they’ve been underpaid.

Make sure to register your details here to ensure that you’ve been paid correctly. We will be in touch with members about the next steps early in the new year.

In unity,

 Gerard Hayes

Secretary HSU NSW/ACT/QLD
