NSW Health Pathology has advised the HSU of their proposal to extend the current weekend operating hours of the Molecular Medicine Department Pre-Analytical team based within the John Hunter Hospital Laboratory.

The proposal is to extend the weekday hours of operation as follows:

• From: 08:30 to 17:00
• To: 07:30 to 17:00

NSWHP is proposing these changes be implemented on a six-month trial basis with reviews taking place on a monthly basis, starting from Monday 15 July 2024.
