Wyong: ED Roster Changes Clarification

The recent Business Case proposal has caused some confusion about changing rosters and what is meant by volunteer basis. The HSU has now obtained the following clarification: 

Staff will not be able to remain on their current roster, including days and times. The rostered times will be changing from 10 different start times to 3 start times. However, staff can choose to remain at the job location they are currently working on (e.g. Communication Desk) rather than rotate through the other positions, but will need to work the day and afternoon shifts as they are all paid as shift workers. They will not be required to work nights if they do not currently do so.
