Dear NCRG management,

I am writing to you as a concerned community member accessing NCRG services.

I want to express my support for North Coast Radiology/Clarence Valley imaging employees. The service they provide and staff themselves are integral to our community. You must recognise this by incorporating the 5% payment for 2022 into wage rates.

Staff at North Coast Radiology Group have not had a pay rise since July of 2021. 

During that time, CPI has risen by over 12%. Staff are struggling. Unless they receive a meaningful pay increase, many workers will be forced to leave for other jobs - impacting the service that we, your customers, receive.

These employees are at the end of their rope, and are asking you to recognise their significant contribution to the company by not letting them fall even further behind the rest of the industry.
