Bankstown Hospital Food Services: Proposed Roster Change

The HSU has received correspondence from HealthShare NSW about a proposed line change on the Bankstown Food Services roster.

The proposed change is that one of the shifts that commences at 9am commences at 6am instead. The intention is to move one of the 9am positions to start at 6am, which means staff will be required to rotate through an additional 6am shift, and one less 9am shift.

HealthShare says the proposed change will not result in the introduction of a “new” shift, however will result in a new line being entered onto HealthRoster of 6am until 2:30pm as part of the existing rotating roster.
