Workers have rejected Opal’s poor wage offer – now’s the time for HSU members to determine what a better deal would look like! 

We want to hear from you! HSU workplace delegates and organisers will be surveying union members over the coming weeks as we prepare to head back to the negotiation table.

What would Opal have to put into a new enterprise agreement for you to vote yes? This is your time to have your say – fill in the survey now!

The results of this survey will determine the priorities for your HSU bargaining committee.

A key principle of these negotiations is that the offer of backpay to 1 July 2023 must be on the table. Despite what Opal management might say, this will be a top priority for union members!
