SCHN: Proposed changes to sign-in system, CHW Linen Services

The HSU has received correspondence from Sydney Children’s Hospital Network about a proposed change to the sign-in and sign-out system in Linen Services at The Children’s Hospital Westmead.

The change requires Linen Services staff at CHW to use their Staff ID card to swipe in when commencing their shift and swipe out when their shift ends.

SCHN claims this change will ‘ensure confidentiality of staff personal information and accuracy of attendance records’.
