Aged Care workers will get a pay rise of at least 15 per cent with the Fair Work Commission ruling it is "plainly justified".
Unions had argued for a 25 per cent increase and a wage rise was a recommendation of a royal commission into the sector.
In an interim decision, the Fair Work Commission says it is satisfied a 15 per cent bump is necessary across three different award wages covering the sector.
