Adventist Healthcare finally makes a wages offer!

After a lengthy process, the HSU has met with Adventist to discuss the wages offer for the Adventist HealthCare Limited Allied Health and Support Services Staff Enterprise Agreement 2022.

Adventist Healthcare have made the following offer:

  • As of 1 July 2022, 3% wage increase (excluding 0.5% superannuation increase)
  • 1 July 2023, 3% wage increase (excluding 0.5% superannuation increase)
  • 1 July 2024, 3.25% wage increase (excluding 0.5% superannuation increase)

Adventist Healthcare has advised this is the only change being made to the previously negotiated enterprise agreement that was voted on.
