CHS: Draft Risk Assessment, Staff COVID Vaccination Requirements

CHS has supplied a draft Risk Assessment relating to Staff COVID Vaccination Requirements.

This is a result of the removal of the Public Health Emergency in the ACT by the Chief Health Officer (CHO).

The current guidance from the CHO to ACT employers is as follows:

‘Employers need to consider whether they wish to implement their own vaccination requirements in their employment policy or work health and safety settings.’
