The last bargaining meeting to for your Healthe Care Enterprise Agreement was held more than two months ago, despite members’ efforts to force management back to the negotiating table.

Management are still missing in action – leaving HSU members feeling frustrated and under valued.

We’re still waiting on a response to your log of claims, which demanded a wage offer better than the 2.5 per cent on offer. The company has had it since November, but we haven’t heard a peep.

HSU members have already rejected a 2.5 per cent pay increase as too low. So why hasn’t Healthe Care sent a revised offer?

HSU members remain committed to bargaining for a fair agreement. We’re going to continue the fight to drag Healthe Care back to the table.
