After NSW Ambulance came to the realisation that they do in fact need to engage in genuine consultation for their PROPOSED Frontline Leadership Model, the EOI process for un-consulted positions has been delayed.

It’s no secret that there is a lot wrong with the proposed Model, and we need to hold the Service to their obligation to genuinely consider the feedback of members during consultation. The Union wants to consolidate member feedback to further identify common points of contention and submit a united position on the Model.
