Recently the HSU and members attended a USCC to discuss the proposed restructure in the ED Admin Team. Your fellow members who attended articulated themselves incredibly well and they should be commended for this. It’s not easy to sit across from half a dozen managers and openly question a proposal. We explained our frustrations with FTE being deleted across the LHD through restructures and the effects of the proposal. We also requested the below information, which is attached for your reference:
