Prior to Christmas, we were notified of changes to the holiday rosters for Ward Clerk members. We received some initial feedback from our members about this.

With Easter on the horizon, a meeting for Ward Clerk members has been scheduled to discuss how you felt about the change and whether you would be happy for it to occur again. If you’re affected, please come along and make your voice heard.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday 25 January in the staff cafeteria. There will be two sessions. For afternoon members we’ve arranged a meeting at 2:30pm and for day shift members we’ve arranged a meeting for 3:30pm. Please find the flyer attached here.
