Gosford management are attempting to introduce a roster change for workers in the Switchroom without engaging in genuine consultation.

Management have now been notified that we are in dispute. Workers have the right to be consulted and to have their say.

Management have been put on notice to provide all documents in relation to the proposed change by COB Friday 3 February. When this information is provided, it will be circulated to Union members for comment and feedback.
