Hunter Imaging Group: Enterprise Agreement update

Dear Member,

Yesterday your bargaining representatives met with Hutner Imaging Group to progress negotiation for a new Enterprise Agreement.

Hunter Imaging Group have now provided their initial responses to your claims as well as its proposed wages offer – you can review their response here.

Whilst there are some positive responses to your claims, HSU members remain opposed to a four year Enterprise Agreement.

In the current wage offer the first-year increase pay rates are adjusted to meet market value with increases ranging from 3 per cent to 9 per cent with a further 3 per cent increase each year for years two, three and four.

Our next bargaining meeting is in two weeks’ time and organiser Tracey Gaddelin will be visiting workplaces to discuss your views and feedback – contact her to see when she’ll be on site - 0447 245 492 or [E-Mail not displayed]

A further members meeting will occur prior to the next bargaining meeting, details below:

When: Tuesday 30 April

Time: 6.30pm

A Zoom Link will be sent via SMS closer to the date.

To win an improved wage offer we will need everyone working together to pressure Hunter Imaging Group - now is the time to encourage your fellow colleague to get active and join the HSU!

Do you know someone who isn’t an HSU member? Encourage them to join our Union today and have a say at work. We are always stronger when we stand together.  New members can join at www.hsu.asn.au/join or call 1300 478 679.
