The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has issued the orders for your protected action ballot!

Congratulations on exercising your rights and reminding the company how important you are to their bottom line. You can view the FWC order HERE.

This not a step taken lightly – it’s an incredible show of solidarity in the face of a company that has continually refused to recognise your worth.

The AEC will begin posting out ballots over the coming days. Keep an eye on your mailbox and let a member of the bargaining committee know when you’ve received your ballot.         

There will be an HSU members zoom meeting next Tuesday, 16 April at 12:30pm to answer any questions and to discuss our next steps as a collective.
