NSW Health have for many years ignored Peer Workers, all the while they happily rely on the work of Peer Workers and pay lip service to the fantastic work you do. In all these years, Peer Workers have continued to face job insecurity, low pay, an irrelevant classification structure, unsafe workplaces, and no structured supervision or support.
