Bargaining for the new Lifehouse Enterprise Agreements is about to get started! Enterprise Agreements (EAs) are important documents that determine your pay and conditions at work.

You will have received a Notice of Representational Rights (NERR) from management stating that Bargaining is starting for three Lifehouse agreements – Medical Physicists; Health Professionals and Support Services; and Radiation Scientists.

What’s next?

1. A Union zoom will be held on Monday 21 March 2021 at 6pm. Register here.
2. Union members will be surveyed on what changes they want made to the Lifehouse EAs.
3. The first meeting with management will take place on 23 March 2021.

EA negotiations are your chance to come together and demand better for workers at Lifehouse. Better pay, better leave entitlements, better working conditions.
