Lourdes Hospital: Long Service Leave

Members have raised concerns that in the transition from Catholic Healthcare to WNSWLHD, Catholic Healthcare did not provide the correct information regarding years of service at the Lourdes Facility. This adversely impacts on your Long Service Leave Accrual.

Members are requested to email your HSU organiser Zelda Giblett via [E-Mail not displayed] with the following information:

  1. The actual date you started employment at Lourdes (either prior to Catholic Healthcare taking it over originally, or when it was managed by Catholic Healthcare)
  2. The date that Catholic Healthcare provided to the LHD.
  3. Your employee number (if it is different to the Catholic Healthcare employee number, please provide both numbers).

This will allow your HSU organiser to make representations on behalf of all members and resolve this issue.
