Recently members from Lumus Imaging within ACT (Canberra) contacted the HSU regarding your employer’s decision to unilaterally, without any specific details, suspend the Sonographer Incentive Scheme; this was not done in an open and transparent manner.

The impact of this decision resulted in members losing over $1500 under the scheme. HSU immediately made representation and demanded the scheme be reinstated. HSU has now been informed by ‘Lumus Imaging’ they agree and reinstated the scheme with full back pay to all members.
