National Capital Private Hospital Wages Offer

HSU bargaining representatives have been negotiating with Healthscope for your new enterprise agreement at the National Capital Private Hospital.
Management have now put a wages offer on the table. It is now time for HSU members to decide whether to accept or reject the wages offer.
The wages offer is:
| Date of wage increase (First full pay period on or after) | Increase percentage | |
| Back-pay | 1 July 2022 | 3.0% |
| Year 1 increase | 1 July 2023 | 3.25% |
| Year 2 increase | 1 July 2024 | 3.0% |
| Year 3 increase | 1 July 2025 | 2.75% |
