Aged Care Royal Commission Final Report

Today the Federal Government has released the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety’s final report.

I am working through the eight volumes, including the Commissioner’s 148 Recommendations on how we can fix our aged care system.

We have waited years for this day, and for many HSU members, I know how difficult that wait has been.

It is now up to us. We have to fight to hold the federal government to account. We cannot let this report sit on a shelf to collect dust.

Now is the time to fight, to get these recommendations adopted, now is the time to change aged care.
