NSLHD & CCLHD: Proposed organisational change within Digital Health Service (DHS)

The HSU has received advice about a proposed organisational change within the Digital Health Service (DHS) at Northern Sydney LHD and Central Coast LHD.

According to NSW Government, there is a lack of efficiency between NSLHD & CCLHD within the Digital Health Services. This has led the government to propose a restructure of the current service model. The change will realign the operations of DHS with 35% located and managed in CCLHD but reporting to NSLHD. Through this proposal the government is planning to integrate operations in both LHDs. The proposal would involve deletion of positions, regrades, and reallocations.
