NSLHD: Notification of proposed new Social Worker Level 4 position

North Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD is proposing to introduce a new position within the North Sydney Home Nursing Service.
The proposal is for the introduction of a position titled Social Worker, ED to Community, and it will be graded as a level 4, year 1. A copy of the correspondence to the HSU and proposed position description can be found below:
