Last week, NSW Ambulance released documents and commenced meetings regarding changes to the rostering and work life of deployment staff as part of the state-wide rostering improvement project. Forgetting their obligation to consult properly with the ADHSU, NSWA have left many of their staff reeling after learning their lives might be turned upside down.

ADHSU members have already started to make contact and organise a response to these changes, ensuring that the consultation enshrined in their awards is properly met.
