NSWHP: Trial shift line adjustment, JHH Clinical Chemistry

The HSU has received correspondence from NSW Health Pathology about a proposed trial shift line adjustment at John Hunter Hospital Clinical Chemistry.

The proposal involves a trial of a single shift line change within Clinical Chemistry at JHH. This would remove the mid-shift line, which currently comprises one staff member, and places this staff member on the afternoon shift line which currently comprises two staff members for shifts occurring Monday to Friday.

The proposed trial would run over three months, commencing Monday 6 May, with monthly check-ins for feedback from HSU members.
