Critical to ensuring Enterprise Bargaining negotiations represent the views of workers are member-elected bargaining delegates.

These delegates are the voice of fellow HSU members during the negotiations with Ramsay.

At our most recent members meeting, Kyle Ball, speech pathologist from Mt Wilga Private, and Bonnie Devlin from Theatres at Albury Private, were endorsed as your elected bargaining delegates.

Kyle was elected as our lead Allied Health delegate, while Bonnie was elected as our lead Support Services delegate.

Bonnie and Kyle have prepared short videos introducing themselves and why they believe every member should get active during our fight for fairer wages and conditions!

Now is the time to come together and make our voices heard. We can win great outcomes from the bargaining process, but only if workers all get involved and raise our voices as one.
