We have received notification that the Support Services Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission!

The Agreement came into effect on 26 January 2024 and with this the ACT Government has provided the dates for when it will process the pay increases, back-payment of the pay increases and allowances, and payment of the cost-of-living payment.

The Government has advised that the dates these payments and increase to wages are as follows:

• The cost-of-living payment will be processed on 15 February 2024.
• Pay increases will be processed on 29 February 2024.
• Backpay of salary and allowances will be processed on 28 March 2024.
