As you know, your employer has indicated they will not be returning to the negotiating table before the end of March at the earliest.

The extra 1% increase to your wage rates was their attempt to prevent HSU members from taking any industrial action to force St John of God back to the table for a higher wage increase and resumption of bargaining.

There will be an HSU members’ meeting at 6:30pm next Tuesday 30 January to discuss the feedback from HSU members on site and consider our next steps as a collective.
