Time for action! Stop work at RNSH this Thursday 15 June

It’s time for action! Members at Royal North Shore Hospital have endorsed a hospital-wide stop work for 2 hours this Thursday from 10am-12pm outside Vanderfield Building.

This Government has come out and offered health workers a pathetic 4% pay rise. This won’t even keep up with the cost of living. The Government is happy to see health workers’ wages go backwards.

The new NSW Government is breaking its promises to health workers. They promised:

  • To abolish the unfair wages cap and give health workers a fair pay rise
  • An end to the theft of salary packaging tax savings
  • To overhaul our out-of-date awards
  • A Royal Commission into NSW Health

Health workers will not let this Government walk away from their promises.

It’s time to take action.

Join your workmates this Thursday from 10am-12pm outside Vanderfield Building.
