Urgent reminder: stop work for a fair deal this THURSDAY

On Thursday union members across Sydney are striking. It is time to come together and make your voices heard.

Buses to take members to the RPA strike will be leaving Canterbury Hospital at 11:30am from the Tudor St Entrance. Buses will return by 2pm. If you haven’t yet, register here for your place on the bus: https://bit.ly/3JcmGK0.

The strike is from 12pm to 2pm at RPA Hospital, outside the King George V building.

This Government is offering health workers a 4% “pay rise”. This is an insult – given the current cost of living, pay would go backward.

So, members are coming together to demand that the Government honour their promises:

  • Fair pay and an end to the wages cap
  • Award reform
  • The full benefits of salary packaging going to health workers
  • A royal commission into NSW Health

This strike is an opportunity for members to demonstrate our unity and resolve – we will not stop until the Government delivers on their promises.

To win the respect and pay we deserve we need everyone to come together. Make sure you join the strike and bring your workmates!
