ACT Health: Directorate Branch Realignments

The HSU has received correspondence from ACT Health about a proposed new Branch Realignment – End of Life and Health Policy & Strategy Branch (HPSB).

Following the proposed changes to the VAD Implementation Taskforce structure, ACT Health have now proposed transfer of some functions from HPSB to VAD branch, including Aged, Dementia, and Cancer Care Policy and Commonwealth-State Relations. ACT Health claims the realignment will support workload management across the two branches and allow for better coordination.
