HSU members at Anglican Care have recently reported that they are not being paid at the correct hourly rate.
Members told Anglican Care management to urgently audit the pay rates of affected staff and back pay any staff who have been underpaid their correct hourly rate.
If you believe you may have been underpaid, or would like to check your rate of pay is correct, please provide a copy of your payslip and a brief description of your role to your local HSU Organisers:
Your pay rate will depend on your Enterprise Agreement and the Aged Care Award. The pay rates in your Enterprise Agreement cannot be less than pay rate for your classification in the Award.
