Dear Member,

Because of HSU members standing together, some progress has finally been made around the annual leave issues and other individual matters at Cabrini.

Some members are owed backpay, while others have had incorrect leave taken from their balances. A Bolton Clarke representative has given assurances to members that these issues will be rectified before Christmas.

The larger issue of missing additional annual leave for many members has now been made a priority, according to management. They have written to say:

I apologise for the delay and ask that you ensure members are aware that Bolton Clarke is taking this matter seriously.

However, the matter is not likely to be resolved until the New Year.

HSU members are encouraged to keep checking payslips and to contact your organiser Marion Jennings at [E-Mail not displayed] if you notice any unexpected movement in your leave balances.
