CCLHD: HSU calls for Mental Health Staff Consultative Committee

The HSU has written to the CCLHD Mental Health Executive to call for the establishment of a Mental Health Staff Consultative Committee. This Committee would help union members and representatives to engage with management about workplace issues or changes such as staffing, workloads, or restructures. It would also be a forum for members to bring up any items of concern.

Your participation in this process is vital to achieving good outcomes for members. The HSU is now seeking expressions of interest from members working in the Mental Health area to be a part of the Committee along with your Organiser. As the people doing the work, you know your workplace best.

To put forward your expression of interest, please email your organiser via [E-Mail not displayed] with the subject line CCLHD Mental Health SCC prior to close of business Friday 26 November.
