The Grafton Base Hospital has written to the HSU proposing changes to rosters in its Operating Suites.  The proposed changes affect Operations Assistants, Sterilising Technicians and Administrative Officers.  Management’s proposals include the implementation of afternoon shifts, a change to shift start times and have outlined that they have increased staffing numbers in order to support its decision to lengthen its surgical services at the GBH.  The correspondence from the GBH is available by clicking this link.
